Job Purpose:

Ensure an efficient dispatch process, excellent communication, and a good understanding of invoicing. Responsible for all permitting, power cuts and line locations. Communicate with Service Professionals, Branch Managers and other members of the management team to effectively problem solve any obstacles or customer issues.

Essential Duties


  • Oversee daily dispatch process, assist Service Professionals with job scheduling and customer communication as needed. Communicate scheduling needs with Customer Service Representatives.
  • Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
  • Provide information you feel needs to be addressed in weekly meetings for review to your manager.
  • Be aware of all customer complaints that come in through the call center and make sure the CSR manager is informed immediately.
  • Monitor all scheduled jobs to ensure all things are in place to successfully and efficiently complete the job and collect payment.


  • Communicate with co-workers, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Keep management informed of activities and notify regarding anything significant.

Permitting/Power Cut Coordination:

Communicate with Service Professionals, Inspection Offices and Utility Companies to obtain permits and arrange temporary power suspensions. Follow the entire process to ensure inspection has passed.

Other Duties:

  • Leads in adherence to Code of Values. Communicates the standards to all associates.
  • Use problem-solving skills to deal with issues as they arise.
  • Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required. This may include duties outside the scope of normally assigned duties.



  • Minimum of 2 years dispatch experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with computer applications.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.


The hours for this position are 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
