Administrative & Customer Growth Assistant

ASSIST the 2 COMPANY OWNERS TO REBUILD THE COMPANY...on a better foundation.  Over half the original territory has been sold and the office/field staff of 24 has been reduced to 9, including the owners.  The owners have recapitalized the company and have plans to double the current revenues over the next year.
You would be working with a local franchise of an international
premier provider of numerous brands focused on repairing, maintaining and enhancing customers’ homes and businesses.

Can you become indispensable to the company by assisting in producing top results in some or all of the following areas in time?

  • Online advertising, referral resources and social media developed to ensure a continual flow of quality prospective customers
  • Estimating and proposal generation with current clients on ongoing projects, as well as new customers upgrading their homes
  • Successfully, booking, scheduling, dispatching, effectively all the while adjusting to constantly changing service/projects landscape 
  • Developing and working with field service professionals to generate 5-star reviews on every job
  • Resolving any customer issues as they develop, turning an angry customer into a cheer leader where possible
  • A/R, A/P,  job costing, report generation, permits and inspections
  • Keeping websites refreshed, with offers, photos, reviews, testimonials, blogs to attract new customers once they land on our site
  • Fully utilizing the franchise software to improve efficiency and harness the power of profitable customer growth
  • Assisting installers and field service professionals to utilize technology, franchise software in pricing and communications
  • Being the technology go-to person for software, hardware, phone systems, office and field equipment, GPS, etc.
Plus all the ways it takes to assist in creating a profitable, sustainable and dominant company in the area.  Our focus is not on many years of experience, but more so on the ability to perform at a high level, backed by outstanding talent and skills.

Compensation and Benefits
You will be paid like an owner
.  A base amount of $15 to $20 DOE PLUS a monthly growth bonus.  Flex on short term guarantee until bonuse kicks in..  Owners will provide training, resources and whatever it takes for you to be successful.  You provide the rest.
Benefits are fairly standard: 75% employee medical, dental and vision; paid holidays, sick leave, PTO, 401k.  What is not standard is that we have a wonderful, caring and fun environment and with no "glass ceiling"!
